Powers/Abilities:
1. Magic Eraser- Todd unintentionally creates an invisible barrier about himself, which nullifies all powers and magic within except his own. The barrier has a range of 10 meters and has no deactivation period. Todd can also convert the barrier into somewhat like an invisible blast, which nullifies the powers, magic and abilities of whomever it hit but himself for 20 minutes, but he'll be unable to recreate the barrier for 30 seconds.The effectiveness of the barrier is so great, that if flash moved at fun speed, and entered the barrier, he instantly come to a halt then move at average human speeds. Another example, is that, if Wanda decided to change reality, only the reality outside of the barrier would be changed.
2. Inhumane Reflexes- Todd is able to react to things/persons/targets with high precision and timing. [eg. If Flash rapidly attacked him, while moving at super speed, he would be able to dodge 30% of the attacks]

Todd is well built, though he doesn't look it, and can easily run a 400m race at top speed without much fatigue at the end as his body is also built to endure.

History:
Todd had been born into a family of mutants just before Wanda had altered reality. When she altered the world, reducing mutant abilities by 90% Todd was unaffected as his powers had been active from birth, protecting him from the effects. After this, he had been trained as a hit-man by the Avengers as his family was downed in a raid by the police as they were international bank robbers, and the Avengers saw promise in his abilities. After the age of 15 years, he had entered high school and after 4 years, went to college to further his studies in biotechnology. A few years later, he became the most renowned Biotechnologist as his discoveries in nanotechnology and the manipulation of DNA has far surpassed those of any scientist. He had gotten his hands on numerous rare gifts from many a members of the scientific community as well as during his time with the Avengers and the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, as well as gained some amount of training from members such as Hawkeye and Sabertooth. After this, he became an Assassin for hire by anyone, going by the name of Eraser

Todd woke up dreary eyed and unkempt, with something heavy in his hand. Looking down, he saw the head of his latest hit, Jenne Tomasa. He walked out into the kitchen of her house, slowly making himself breakfast. As he was about to sit himself down, he heard a knock on the door. Quickly, 4 guards burst in with guns a blazing, looking about the place, to find what had happened, as blood painted the walls. Todd, Hearing them move about the place, took out his guns, and quickly disposed of them as they came into the kitchen or nearby. He then continued his breakfast before leaving with no traces left behind.
