Powers/Abilities:
Electrovolt is able to generate, control and is reistant to electrical/lightning and magnetic forces. He is able to turn into electricity/lightning and fly. Electrovolt is capapble of producing 2million volts which is just more than enough to kill or shortwire out any living or electrical being/object. Not only does he have full control over electrical forces he can also sense other humans miles away through their nerves which give off electrochemical waves to others parts of the body. This can go to such an extent where he is resistant to mind control, mind reading or just telepathy itself. He is also able to detect when people are lying by the fluctuation in their brain. Electrovolt has increased agility, reflexes and human strength as well but nothing compared to Hulk or superman's. May also replicate himself but they are of course weaker. By placing a hand on people he is also able to read their thoughts by their electrical waves in the brain. Electrovolt may even take over an electrical appliance or object or anything that runs on electricity such as cars, computers and can travel through wires. To become stronger, electrovolt may devour/absorb electricity but only when he has lost or lacks some o fhis power. As a result he gives off high temperatures to things around him, casuing objects to melt on touch depending on how many volts being used. Lastly, electrovolt can change his hands or any parts of his body into other physical objects such as a sword, hammer etc.

Dillion has his normal form and his lightning form. In his lightning form his whole body becomes black lightning yet you can make out a human figure from it. His hair grows longer closer to the ground and is completely white and made of lightning. His eyes, tongue and teeth is also completely white and made of lightning as well. His entire build becomes bigger and his voice becomes a bit deeper.

General Personality:
Dillon is usually calm. It is hard to believe he is a villain as he hardly does any trouble or harm. This is all because of teh work of his aunt who groomed him in certain palces his father did not. But because of his father's impact, Dillion may become very mean and angry at people and have sudden outbursts.

History:
The Watsons was one of the most powerful families in Metropolis close to the Wayne family. They were known for running hundreds of factories over the worlds which made different items such as cars, ships, train parts, wires and so on. The owner of the Watson's merchandise was Dilroy Watson. He had finally decided to settle down and so he got married to Marcia Gordon and a few yeas later, they had a child; Dillon Watson. When Dillon was born Dilroy wanted his son to do better than him and so he worked him hard. if he did not do something right he physically abused him till he got it right resulting in Dillon fearing his father. because of this he hated failures whether it was him or people aroudn him who were failing. While Dillon was growing up teh Watson family had bought powerstations and during thsi time they went to explore the station. It was in a bad condition but it was not anything too hard to repair. Dillion suprised at the staion ran around the place but accidentally ran into one of the rooms where they collected electricity and stored it in dangerous volumes. The scientists showed the family that it was in good condition and activated the power plant not knowing that their son was somewhere inside. When it activated, Dillion's mother saw her son and screamed. The scientist could not turn off the machines which were changing the mechanical energy to electrical energy. Marcia quickly ran into the room and picked up her son but it was too late. The boy had a conductor in his hand and in his pocket was hit by 5 million volts while his mom was hit by 2. There was then a sort of explosion destroying most of the already decrepit staion. Dillion survived due to a dormant X-gene inside him found in some mutants. The lightning then activated the gene and was infused in his DNA. His mom however did not have it and died leaving nothing but ash. Dillon was suddenly in a different form as his body had changed to raw electricity and he could hardly control it.This was a horrible time for the Watson family and it greatly affected everyone. Dilroy blamed his son for the incident and he also blamed himself. Dillon then left home to run away and after a few days on the streetz byhimself his anger burst out on the memory of his mom and there was a large explosion. The X-men then later recruited him to help train him to control his powers. It was going well at first but things got out of hand and people did not trust him so he left and joined the brotherhood fo evil. Over there was no better, infact it was worse as otehrs wanted to test otu his powers instead of helpign him so he left there as well. When he returned home years after he found that his dad was retired and the family was bankrupted. The only thing left was the same powerstation which was rebuilt later. Dillion went to live with his aunt Wendy, his mom's sister and he was treated with care. Dillion still feared failure and his father and took on bad habits such as cheating and later became CEO of the powerstation as well as owner of other Watson merchandise.
Role Play Sample:
Dilln was just leaving the Powerplant in Metropolis but he was then met up with by Mafia members who were looking to buy the place for a while now. Since Dillon ignored their offer they decided to meet them in person. Withotu waste the mafia members opened fire at Dillon and after emptying out their barrells Dillon was still standing. The wound was suddenly covered in electricity and healed instantly. Black lightning began covering his body as his hair became white and extended downwards. The members reloading quickly opened fire again in terror but with a magnetic force aroudn his hand it magantized and attracted the weapons to him like a magnet. With a flick fo his wrist the guns pointed at them and before they could even scream or beg for mercy he snapped his fingers and something happened. Instead of the gun firing, the guns merely impaled their heads. Instead of using an attratcing force he used a repelling force causing the guns to be sent into their heads resulting in death. Electrovolt merely walked past them leaving their bodies on the ground for the police to see during their drive-bys.
