Omega does not have a physical form unless he chooses to. In reality he is seen as a dark white being taking on the appearance of whatever lifeforms he is around. It is different from his shape shifting ability as he may do that on his own terms. But if he is around different life forms and in his white celestial like form, he automatically transforms him into a similar form.

Omega although a celestial isnt omnipotence, omniscient or omniversal. He may sometimes act as a child or teenager in many cases. Omega is vastley unpredictable that some persons with precognition have a hard time reading the future if Omega is involved. The celestial may go from a quiet hero phase to a city killing villain.

History: Long ago, two powerful celestials came together and formed a baby celestial. Their baby was corrupted by the ways of other celestials and aliens. Fear that this would have bad results, Omega's father took away the powers that he inherited from his mother and himself. Alpha, omega's father, had the ability to warp/manipulate reality on a universal level and could chage things on an astral plane. His mother was omniscient and had the ability of universal creation. Because of this, Omega feared his parents as his father could make him's nightmares literally become real whenever he wanted. Omega decided to leave his parents and go into another dimension where they could not find him. He then came upon the milky way galaxy where he met other aliens, celestials and other living life forms. After this great discovery he decided to make it his home.
Role Play Sample:
Omega could be seen from the planet Earth flying by. Except through their eyes he seemed like a moving comet as he was too far out properly. After flyign around for some hours he came to a different planet where big pale like aliens roamed the planet. Omega decided to stop by where he witnessed them having the ability to produce destructive energy waves. From the slightest moment they displayed their power, Omega's body had a slight glow and resorted to its usual self in seconds. He then joined them and in minutes he was able to use the same power they had. This intrigued them and Omega and the aliens became good friends.
