Withdrawal has the power of energy/life absorption. By placing his hands or any parts of his body on an object or life form, he is capapble of draining the energy from them. When doing so he does not get their powers if they had any. Withdrawal is capapble of draining all sorts of energy except time energy and too much of the energy produced by the speed force. It can be from kinetic to life energy or from heat to electrical energy.When he drains energy he is capapble of increasing his his life depending on how much energy therefore making him in a sense; immortal. The energy absorption also increases his body's regeneration therefore making him able to regenerate rapidly wether on a cellular , skeletal or muscular. Withdrawal may convert his energy into strength, speed, stamina and even his appearances/looks.Other than energy absorption he can shoot out energy blasts as well which are very harmful to life forms as they are mixture of numerous types of energy. He can also fly by using the energy he absorbed to fire them out of his legs like boosters.

Withdrawal is usually quiet and has a sort of of problem in which his hands move rapidly probably from shock (thought to be from lack of energy). Although he may look harmless when he gets latched to an energy form he becomes a whole new person.

History:
Withdrawal's father was an alien from another planet in a far off galaxy. His race was known for feeding off energy to sustain themselves but after an encounter with another race who could also steal energy, the planet died off and they scattered. Here on earth, one of the aliens arrived looking for a new life. The alien later found a wife who he told her his true secrets and true identity. The woman did not care and they still lived together and years later they had a child. The child took after hsi father and had acquired his powers as well but to a higher degree. They named their child Lance and raised him up as a proper child. Unfortunatley a secret organization found out about the family and killed them all except the child who was about 8 years old. This emotionally disturbed him and caused him to lash out violently. He ended up killing the men by drawing the life otu fo them turning them into decrepit skeletal like bodies as if they had been dead for years. Withdrawal lived a horrible live in the city of New Yorkj where he got scammed and mugged otu fo his valuables (since its common in the that city).

Role Play Sample:
Lance was walking quickly during midnight. He was wearing a black coat and had his eyes to the ground hoping not to attract trouble. Although it wasnt freezing his hands shook terribly probably lacking power. As expected a group of mugger rushed the man pushing him done. Lance merely shook more wiping his hands over hsi face and hair trying to calm down but the mugger started kicking him making it worse. Unfortuantley for them, Lance's tolerance ran out and he grabbed one of their legs with a tight grip. In seconds a green light came aroudn one of the muggers and his body soon began getting older and wrinkled until he was dead. The body was extremely dehydrated and all teh cells in his body had died out as the life force of him was drained completely. the other muggers ran away escaping with their lives while Lance walked off; the shaking havign ceased.
