After having fled America, Withdrawal made his way to Wakanda. He had heard of its resources especially their large deposits of vibranium, a metal used in the creation of Captain America's shield as well as a thought to be tasy treat to Withdrawal. The man knew that Wakanda was almost impenetreble and inconquerable, but this did not matter to him as he had heard other had managed to invade the country and escape. Landing close to the borders, grass, animals and trees died from just being close to him. In seconds a green energy shield formed over him protecting him from any projectiles. Lance journeyed dee into teh forest hoping not to encounter their king, the Black Panther.

After congregating with the tribes men, Lance left them and cautiously went to their mine of vibranium. Instead of going directly towards the mine, Lance took on the appearance of one of the workers when he went on his break. With the worker's appearance, Lance easily went into the mine and found the vibranium that they had dug up. It was of course not much as the city refused to destroy their lands for the vibranium. Because of this, several countries tried to conquer it but they failed. Lance quickly took out a small pouch where he filled it with the special material and placed it over hsi back. Anyone who interfered was quickly knocked out or had most of their life energy sucked out to the point where they fall into a comma. After filling up his pouch, Lance quickly ran out and with energy blasts exiting out his leg, he flew. The only thing was that he did not fly directly into the air as this would make him a easy target, but instead he flew close to the ground and eventually back into the forest at the cleared path he made when he was entering. If this feat was successful he would have escaped with the vibranium.

Watching this fellow easily take his villagers, T'challa placed on his suit and signaled an Avenger. In the end, this person would be brought to justice and his vibranium returned. Quickly scaling the forest, following burnt grass, because he was flying so low, Black Panther disappeared withing seconds.
